Within the framework of the project ANALYSIS OF THE PROGRAMMATIC IMPLEMENTATION OF HPV TESTING IN ARGENTINA: TWO CASE STUDIES, which aims to describe how the programmatic implementation of HPV screening has been carried out in Argentina, Dr. Silvina Arrossi, Dr. Melisa Paolino and Dr. Rosa Laudi visited the provinces of Catamarca and Jujuy. In these provinces they visited the services related to cervical cancer screening, diagnosis and treatment and interviewed the key actors involved in the prevention of the disease. They were received by health authorities who expressed their interest and support for the development of the project. <\/p>\n\n

This project is developed by CEDES and funded by the International Agency for Research on Cancer of the World Health Organization (IARC-WHO).<\/p>\n\n
